Terms and conditions
- You must be registered to earn Rewards points.
- No enrollment fee – signing up for our Rewards Program is free.
- All Stonebridge IT Specialists services are eligible for point rewards Any dollar you spend on our services are worth 1 reward point.
- No limit – there is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
- When points are added to your account - Points are added to your account the next week after your payment has been received. E.g. if payment is received within terms on Friday, then points will be posted no later than Friday of the following week.
- Expiration Date – Most points earned do not expire, however there may be some promotions from time to time, that points earned during that promotion may have an expiration date.
- Only accounts in good standing receive points - If balance owed is overdue, then rewards will not be given. You have an opportunity to pay a penalty and "buy back your lost rewards".
- Claimed rewards are limited to the first 3 hours of services provided and cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Points are not earned on transactions claiming a reward.
- Late fees and penalties are not eligible for points.
- Rewards are not valid where prohibited by law.
