A: In many cases, we can provide Remote Support more quickly, and at a more affordable rate.
Q: Is Remote Support safe?
A: You only provide us with temporary permission to control your computer. You can see everything we're doing, and you can stop the remote control at anytime. After the Remote Support Session ends, we have no access to your computer unless you grant permission again.
Q: Is Remote Support difficult to setup?
A: No. Remote Support is simple to setup, it runs immediately without installation and does not require administrative rights - optimized for instant support. We'll be remotely supporting you in a matter of minutes.
Q: Will Remote Support work with my Dial-up Internet connection?
A: At this time, you need a high-speed Internet connection.

Connecting to Remote Support
Step 1: Download and save QuickSupport by clicking below.
Step 2: Double click on the downloaded file to launch it. If windows security warning dialog box displayed, click on “Run” button to proceed.
Step 3: Once Quick Support is launched and connected, there will be an ID and Password displayed.
Step 4: Provide the ID and Password to your Stonebridge IT Specialist.
Now the specialist will be able to remotely login to your desktop and proceed with the troubleshooting. Please take note that, the ID and Password generated is only for a single session. Once you have disconnected the Quick Support module, it is not possible for anyone to login to your desktop using the same ID and Password. The ID and password will vary on each launch. You can even safely delete the Quick Support Module from your computer, once the support session is over.
